Work with us - Freelance
In addition to its internal staff, Intrawelt is constantly looking for professionals to add to its group of freelance professional translators and interpreters for various language combinations and specializations. To submit your application please follow the procedure below. Please register to create a freelance account as a translator and/or interpreter, to access our database and send your information. After creating an account you will receive an e-mail notification with a link that will redirect you to our translator and interpreter database. After you've filled in the form, your data will be examined by our Human Resources Department who will decide whether to accept your application. You can access and change your details at any time, if they have not yet been confirmed by our Human Resources staff. Any changes you make after confirmation must be agreed with our Human Resources Department.

Work with us - In-house
We're always looking for professional translators and interpreters specialized in specific sectors and working in different language combinations.
The following positions are currently available:
- In-house German-Italian Translator/Project Manager (Italian mother tongue)
- In-house Italian-English Translator (English mother tongue)
- In-house English-Italian Project Manager (Italian mother tongue)
- Trainees coming from Faculties of Translation and Linguistic Mediation
Job description (except trainees):
- Place of work: Porto Sant'Elpidio (Province of Fermo), Italy.
- Managing and coordinating translation projects in collaboration with the team of internal and freelance translators
- Managing and processing terminology databases
- Customer care and developing customer relations (customer need analysis, presentations, preparation of offers, etc.)
- Cost control (budgets, analysis of actual project costs, invoicing, etc.)
- Supporting the sales department for marketing activities
- Opportunities for growth at a corporate level
Requirements (except trainees):
- Degree in Translation and/or equivalent, or at least 5 years' proven experience in the translation industry
- Efficiency and an understanding of translation project management
- Excellent work organization and scheduling
- Team spirit
- Attention to detail and excellent reading and writing skills
- Excellent use of software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite, SDL-Trados, Adobe Acrobat and preferably DTP programmes.
Trainees are accepted on the basis of agreements with Universities and will work alongside an expert internal translator.
